Rated 5 out of 5 by from Shame on large chain drug stores! Kleenex is The BEST! It's a travesty that the large drug store chains are carrying less and less Kleenex and instead carrying their own (inferior) brand.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Ugly Boxes I loaded up on Kleenex a couple of years ago. Recently, I ran out, and bought a lot of new boxes. The ad showed the old box design. What arrived were ugly boxes that don't really go with anything. I will need to return them. Kleenex Company, what in the world have you done with a product that has been a staple in American homes for decades?

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I love the nice designs on the top, front and back of the boxes. But I would like the entire box to have the same design. I don't like the gaudy colored ends.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Hate the new box designs!!! You are just using the box to advertise your product to someone who just bought it. The new design just looks like a billboard. I can't make it work with my decor so I will have to find an alternative brand. Kleenex no longer fits my needs.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Short Rectangular Boxes I use rectangular Kleenex boxes IN side drawers (8 7/8" x 4 3/4" x 2 1/4"). I can't find them in our stores. Where can we get them? Tall boxes won't fit in desk and bathroom drawers.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Quality as "Nose" Dived I've been using Kleenex for all of my 58 years. I weathered the switch to non-absorbent paper 15-20 years ago when all the tissue manufacturers suddenly ran out of good supplies of wood pulp, apparently. I weathered the downsizing of the size. I weathered the thinning of the paper. But now, they've not only downsized but have made them even thinner. For the first time ever, the toilet paper I use is stronger than what has always been the premiere brand of facial tissue. These things are now so thin you'll hurt yourself if you're not careful. Kleenex . . . we made it almost 60 years . . . but goodbye.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from HATE the new box designs/colors My whole family has dust/seasonal allergies and we use a lot of tissues. Kleenex has always been our brand of choice but I hate the new box designs. They look so out of place in our fairly traditionally decorated house that I actually have to consider switching brands. Please bring back the old colors!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Box designs Kleenex are still the best tissues. But the new designs on the boxes do not go in my traditional house. Way too contemporary and/or bright . Not everyone lives in a modern loft that is turquoise and fuchsia I have to find another brand.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Lots of spare cotton I have been turning to Kleenex for as long as I can remember so it was a. O brained when I got hit with a horriable cold. That's when I reloaded I went to use a tissue on my nose and accidently inhaled a big chunk of cotton from the Kleenex. I pulled out more tondouble check and sure enough more was coming out with every tissue. You should really look into that! It's probley not the best to inhale cotton.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Package design Once the tissues are used about half way into the box, they no longer protrude from the opening to be able to take a tissue. It is awkward to reach into the plastic opening to be able to get to a tissue. Please work on this packaging!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Hate the new box graphics I hate the new graphics like the tissues. For me the graphics matter because I have tissues in prominent places in my house and the old graphics blended with the decor. Now the boxes are out of place. Looks like Puffs gets my business now.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from New box designs have produced lower quality tissue The tissues in the new box design 160 2-ply are lower quality, thinner and folded differently. Bring back the old Kleenex blue, tan, grey and brown boxes and restore the quality. I have been a Kleenex customer for 50 years and will stop purchasing the product altogether!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Still my favorite tissue A lot of reviewers don't like the new box designs but I think they are great. I actually didn't care for the older designs, they were the same thing for so long I was getting bored with them. However I understand that other people like consistency. Maybe you should have more options instead of completely switching to new designs. I do notice that the tissues now appear to me to have a perfumey scent, which is a real problem for many people. I will never stop buying Kleenex!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Fix the Designs! I ordered the 210 count online from soap.com because it's hard to find that size in stores. They had pictures of the elegant charcoal black design which would go with my decor (and frankly any decor.) Instead, monstrosities arrived with two different colors for the front and the sides! Who wants that? Plus they say "Kleenex" in a big round blue circle instead of subtly along the edge. I came to this site to see if the old design was available but no! Apparently the new terrible designs are everywhere! I know there's a balance between getting brand recognition and style but guess what? YOU'RE KLEENEX! People calls tissues "kleenexes"! There is hardly any other product with more brand recognition! So stop trying to create crazy styles. Most people don't want to advertise that they have a cold or sinus or allergy problems. They don't want the tissue box to SCREAM out to guests. They want it to fit nicely into the decor so it doesn't call too much attention to itself. After the supply of tissues I ordered runs out, will I potentially reconsider my allegiance to Kleenex if the designs don't change? Absolutely! Do I want to? No, I love Kleenex! So please, use some common sense and BRING BACK SUBTLE GRAY DESIGNS!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Newest box designs are UGLY! I have been buying these Kleenex tissues in the flat 160-count boxes for at least 35 years because they are the best! But now the box designs are so ugly I really want to buy something else! That is so sad!! Please go back to the old classic design or come up with a new prettier one!!!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Terrible new box designs Like many other reviewers I dislike the latest Box designs. The last ones, with the gray options and orange ones went so well with my decor. These look like something from my 1960s Barbie doll house! I had to buy a different brand. I just can't look at these.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Hate New Design I bought Kleenex by the case for my business because of the classic box pattern. I was forced to buy a generic product because it actually had a better design than the new Kleenex boxes. Quality was just as good (if not better) and at a lower price. So I guess you did me a favor.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from unatractive package design Overall the graphics on the flat box are ugly. Poor design and poor colors. Also the flat box of Kleenex tissues is now smaller but same price. We used buy Kleenex by the 8 pack. Now buying different brands.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from What happened to the 'classic' design boxes? Your new designs are terrible looking. They look like they have patched together left over pieces of cardboard. Please bring back your 'classic' brown, gray, blue, & other non -obtrusive colored boxes. We do not like that the new box look has to be a focal point of a room. The more it blends into the surroundings, the better. Also, reducing your tissue count per box from 200, then 180, now 160 isn't fooling anyone. We would rather you would up the price a bit rather than reduce the quantity.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Little chunks of tissue falling out of the box! I have been buying the Kleenex brand of tissues for decades. I go through a couple of boxes of the 230 count each week. I bought a Costco ten pack of the new designed box at regular price and so far 4 of the boxes have had so much debris falling off the tissues that it looks like it is snowing. I have tried putting the boxes inside a larger box, but still have to vacuum every couple of days. Its made me realize I am paying too much for a product that is of much lesser quality, size and strength. Plus I don't like the new box design.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Please bring back the flame stich pattern! I finally called after not being able to find the traditional flame stitch boxes anywhere to be told they are discontinued. Darn, loved them SO much more than the new (to me) unattractive ones. On another note, great customer service with a fast human answering the phone!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not a happy customer I've been buying Kleenex for, well, pretty much since I've been buying tissues. Not only are the boxes now hideous! But despite what they say below, they are Not The Same Tissues. Maybe I'm just sensitive, but i notice a big difference in the quality. These feel rough, similar to a cheap brand I've had to use in the past... Why Kleenex, why? :(

Rated 3 out of 5 by from The quality of tissues in the on-the-go pack Hello, I have been using Kleenex for a while now as i felt the quality was better than the other brands. But i recently noticed that the quality of the tissues in the on the go pack is somehow better than that the ones in the boxes. Initially I thought it is because of the 2-ply, 3-ply difference but even in the 3-ply box the quality is not as good as the ones in the on the go packs which also are 3-ply. What i mean by quality is that, when I use them to wipe my face the tissues in the boxes leave residue on my skin where as the ones from the on the go pack do not? I do not know what is the reason for this. But would be great if it is fixed!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Bad eyes I always liked Kleenex. I use a box a week or two and have been for years. A lot of it is for throats saliva issues I won't get into. I dislike the new box styles. My eyes are sensitive and do not like looking at them. I like the old style. I have save some old boxes to reuse with new ones that I buy. Then I guess I have to switch brands.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Disappointed I am so disappointed in the new box designs/colors. I see other people don't like it either. I shop at Target and, unfortunately, they only stock the new designs. Plus, what happened to the Box Tops for Education labels on the box tearoff? Are you still participating in the program?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great tissues, TERRIBLE designs on the boxes!!! I LOVE the tissues (I'm a loyal customer of the brand), but these new designs are awful! Just not attractive AT ALL. I do admit to color-coding each bathroom with the appropriate colored box of tissues, but these are just too ugly to put out. I'm not even sure a guy would like these (they are a little masculine). Please change them!!!! Maybe a little folk art, or some more flowers and/or birds, or even just colors, with or without metallic accents.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great tissues...but UGLY new box design The simple Kleenex tissues that had previously been sold in the marbled boxes are my favorite. Apparently, box design changed. The new packaging has different wording and does not indicate that it is the "same product, new design" or anything similar. Plus, the new design is UGLY.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love the tissues, hate the new boxes Please bring back the old feathered/marbled design! The new designs are hideous!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Ugly new designs on 160 count box Ugly new boxes. I have bought Kleenex boxes, which are now 160 count and used to be 200 count.i bought colors that matched my decor, example gray for a gray counter top. The new color boxes are 3 colors, with a contrasting color on the end panels, example gray, beige, and white box with yellow end panels. If you wanted to have new designs, perhaps you could have made them an addition to the old color designs, it eliminated the old colors.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Terrible New Package Graphics A box of Keenex should disappear into its surroundings. Bring back the clean, understated, silver and brown foil design. No use for 1970's blue flame patterns and yellow end caps. After 40 years it may be time to shop around.
