The smell is terrible! So disappointed, used to love these tissues but they are not the same. The chemical smell is awful, had to throw out 5 boxes!

The only tissue I can useI have been using Kleenex soothing lotion tissues for as long as I can remember. They are the ONLY tissue that keeps my nose from turning into a brittle, chapped, pealing nightmare. They're specifically made for blowing sensitive noses. Don't try to use them like a paper towel to dab liquid, or a cleaning cloth for your eyeglasses, and don't complain when they don't work like that. And no, there is no "actual" glitter in these tissues. I've run across some sparkly tissues over the years and it's a little annoying, but it's not very frequent (just a bad batch with the lotion ingredients drying on the surface of the tissue in some weird way - still perfectly usable).

Red nose is for RudolphI haven't been this sick in 15 years. Kleenex with lotion saved my nose. So much so that I seeked out the website to write a review! I'm still sick with a heavy cold going 3 days now but at least I don't have any issues with a raw nose and red your lip. I definitely don't want to be mistaken for Rudolph this time of year. Thank you, Father Kleenex! You saved me and Christmas! Next year on my wish list, I'd like the combined antiviral and lotion formulas!

I thought these were supposed to be unscentedI have been using Kleenex with lotion for several years and have never had a complaint... until now. I have never noticed any kind of scent in Kleenex with lotion, but I recently bought some and they had a very strong medicinal odor. In fact they smelled like a very popular brand of salve that people smear on their chests when they get sick. Unfortunately, I am sensitive to smells, and that particular smell is super disgusting to me (especially the idea of breathing it in every time I need to blow my nose which happens to be very frequently because I have year-round allergies). I would have kept buying these if they were truly unscented, but as it is I don’t really want to play roulette every time I buy Kleenexes, just praying I don’t get a box with a scent.

Correct usage from
They work like a tissue should, BUT...They are full of sparkly glitter that gets all over your fingers AND nose when you blow! I have a cold and now I also have a sparkly red irritated nose. Luckily I don't have to leave the house today because I'd be super embarrassed if anyone saw my sparkly face. I know Kleenex claims it's 'lotion that dried on the tissue' or some such nonsense, but I'd like the REAL explanation of what the glitter is and why it's there. I've never had a lotion leave sparkles on me unless it was intentionally shimmery.
