Convenient, but smells bad when wet.
Just got a box last week. When they are wet, they smell like fetal pigs (ham & formaldehyde). Assuming they are sanitary, it's fine if you just dry your hands and toss it. But I made the mistake of drying my face once and almost gagged. Hopefully, it was just a weird batch? I'm not sure if they are reducing germs because they smell so bad.

Need more holiday prints
I love these towels for parties, but it would be nice if there were more themes to choose from. With Halloween just a week away it would be nice to have festive packaging for those who participate.

What is the Raw Material Used to Make Hand Towels
I am curious why the box does not list the "ingredients" or constituent materials in the hand towels. I use them primarily for wiping/cleaning many things other than my hands; for example, using window spray on a mirror, then wiping it dry with a hand towel. Although highly absorbent, the towels do leave behind a large amount of "lint" or minute, fibrous strands, which is not ideal.

Hand Towels "Rolls??"
We have been purchasing the hand towel products for our bathrooms and powder room since the advent of the product on the market. We also employ "touchless" soap dispensers; the effort is to try to ensure sanitary cleaning methods in the bathrooms. We purchase the hand towel products from a regional grocer, "Kroger." Yet now, when reaching to get a hand towel, unless one intervenes, they all come out as if on a roll! This defeats the sanitary purpose of the towels. This has been an ongoing issue with all I have purchased for the past few months. Factory issue? Or as some have implied, a more sinister effort to facilitate increased purchasing? Generally I have recommended this product; tradespeople that have come into our home to perform work and have had to use the lavatory have remarked how they would have to use the products in their home because of the sanitary nature of the products we employ. But at this rate I cannot recommend the hand towels and must find another more cost efficient and sanitary product.

Such a great idea!
I have bought these for at least three years. Love them, and usually have four boxes in the pantry as back up. Ive always hated drying my hands on a towel that someone else just used. Great for our guests.

I love these
I discovered these Kleenex hand towels a few years ago and I've been buying them ever since. The design is perfect, I sit them on the hand towel rack, and there good for cleaning. But lately I haven't been seeing them at my local stores.

I definitely love this product
I absolutely love love love this product my family could not be without this product. But it's sad to say the stores around me don't sell this product anymore and we don't understand why I hope they bring it back soon because It gets annoying washing hand towels every couple days

QA has declined
Quality has dropped dramatically this last year. First I noticed the box started having flaws, the opening had faults, a machine problem perhaps. Now lately the towels stick together, very irritating! Every box has been the same so no more hand towels for us.

Great but missing a Do Not Flush
very handy over the towel rack.. but some guests think all KLEENEX products are flushable! Needs an extra label reminding guests "DO NOT FLUSH IN TOILET"

Sooo handy and sanitary
I have been using these hand towels since I first discovered them. For some reason Harris Teeter stopped carrying them about four or five months ago and I was heartbroken. I assumed your stopped making them. Today I decided to send the Kleenex Company my comments and disappointment. Then I noticed you still make them. Happiness

Great Product
I love these towels. They are super absorbent Please don't make them "new and improved", since "new and improved" is usually a euphemism for cost reduced. The only thing "improved" is usually the cost structure, not the quality or customer satisfaction. Great product; please don't change it.

VERY CONVENIENT IN BATHROOMS
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THESE KLEENEX HAND TOWELS - BEST THING MADE SINCE SLICE BREAD!!! I PLACE THEM ON THE TOWEL RACK UPSIDE DOWN, SO THAT WAY PEOPLE WILL USE THE KLEENEX HAND TOWELS AND CONVENIENTLY PULL A SINGLE KLEENEX TOWEL DOWN NSTEAD OF USING MY DECORATIVE HAND TOWELS. THE PROBLEM I HAVE IS THAT STORES DO NOT ALWAYS CARRY THEM, SUCH AS WALMART.

Kleenex, You Really Messed Up A Good Thing
When these first came out, they were were wonderful. Then the quality started to go downhill with smaller, thinner towels. I still was purchasing because I think they are cleaner than using a regular hand towel. However, the most recent six-pack that I purchased are even MORE disappointing. Not only are they smaller and thinner, they are now really soft, and they stick to each other when you pull them out. You can't just pull one out anymore. You actually have to use two hands and peel them apart or else they keep coming out and they tear easily too. This was a product that I purchased a six-pack case of every month since they were first introduced, but this most recent batch is a deal-breaker for me. They are actually way more trouble than they're worth. I'm not paying more for the poor quality towels that are now being produced. I'm done. Shame on you, Kleenex!

Great product
I have been using these products for years. The Kleenex dont break through when you blow your nose. I love that I don't get a red nose our dry skin from using them. I defiantly recommend these anybody who has allergies our even really sensitive skin.
