Story: My first winter in Gresham, Oregon was a good one. Being from the south (Louisiana) and having been through lot in the past year sonce the storm it felt good to see the show. I got to make snow angels and have a snow ball fight even slide dow a hill on a tire not somthing i am used to hehe. I hope to have many more years of happiness in my new home.

Story: I was very strict about bedtimes for my 5 children born within 6 years of each other. Their father was in the Navy so he was gone on cruises a lot. They were very surprised when I woke them up to play in the snow on a school night.

It snowed in Pensacola,Florida in the 1980's and eventhough I had a strict early bedtime for my 5 children all preteens and younger,I woke them up so they could play in it.They made little snowmen on the car.They still remember that decades later
